24-Hour Emergency service

Archer Property Management provides a reliable answering service for evening, weekend and holiday coverage. All emergencies will be handled immediately. A member of our staff is always “on call” to handle emergency situations. Each of our staff carries cellular phones and can be contacted immediately in an emergency situation. We also retain experienced plumbers, electricians, locksmiths and boiler repair contractors who are available 24 hours a day.

Monthly Financial Statements

Monthly financial reports are distributed to the Board of Directors on a timely basis.

Financial and Budget Analysis

The Agent works closely with the Board to insure that the Co-op/Condo’s finances are being properly monitored. Long range financial planning is critical. When it comes to financial planning it is essential that the Board and Management be proactive.
